HALO Hourly
Drive HALO Vehicle until you finish work. From £10 to £20 per hour
HALO Hourly package is the foundation pack for becoming a full time employed driver with HALO Cars. For an experienced driver, this package allows maximum flexability for working hours. HALO Cars takes care of all major expenses so that you can concentrate on driving the vehicle. This package is suitable for experienced drivers.

Pay & Bonus
The minimum pay per hour is £10.
The hourly pay is based on trip duration and trip requirements. The trip is evaluated based on off-peak, peak and festive periods. The payment rate is shared before the driver accepts the job. Offered trips also include bonus payments for additional services. The bonus payment is calculated based on performance and trip requirements.

Minimal Expense

Major expenses are covered by HALO Cars. This includes vehicle, insurance, vehicle private hire license, MOT, fuel, parking and city charges. HALO Hourly truly is a unique package. Unlike traditional vehicle leasing, the HALO Hourly takes care of the costs to simplify earnings for the driver.

Permanent Position
Become a full time driver with HALO Cars
A permanent position is offered to drivers based on performance and policy adherence after the first three months. The permanent position includes base salary, paid holidays and pention contribution. You can chose to work part time or full time.

Working Hours
8 Hour shifts 7 days a week.
Each day is divided into three 8 hour blocks. Midnight to 8am, 8am to 4pm, 4pm to midnight. Drivers can indicate availability by using the driver availability module online. A trip offer will be sent to drivers for trips within the selected availability time. Only trips that are most likely to finish within the chosen shift are offered to the drivers.

Driver Requirments
HALO Hourly is for Experienced drivers only
Drivers must meet the following minimum criteria to join HALO Hourly. Minimum age over 25. Private Hire Badge for at least 1 year. Held UK license for 2 years. Lived in UK for minimum of 2 years. Insurance Claim and Conviction free. No county court judgment. No insurance refused. No criminal conviction. No points on the license. If the criteria is not met exactly, applications can be considered on an individual basis.

Driving Experience
Drive HALO Saloon, Executive & Minibus
Drivers are required to be able to comfortably drive different vehicles. This includes manual, automatic and hybrid vehicles. The selection of vehicle is based on each trip. Drivers are required to be able to drive vehicles up to 9 seats. This includes saloon, executive and minibus.
