Great Service From Tanveer! I was collected by Tanveer on Friday from Birmingham Airport, the communication from him regarding my pickup was excellent and he was super helpful when I couldn't initially locate him as I was new to the airport. The car was immaculate and clean and he was a very safe driver. We had a great chat too which made the journey back to Leicester go quickly. The day started at 5am, Khalid arrived on time in a clean white Mercedes. He is an expert driver and had good conversation. He is a bit funny too. We hit a bit of traffic due to an accident which caused a delay by 35 minutes. Khalid used his navigation skills to go around the traffic, using side roads to make up ground. Excellent. This is the third time I've used HALO and as ever the service was 100%. Not only that, I had to cancel another booking when Easyjet cancelled a flight, and HALO provided an immediate refund, no problems whatsoever. Unlike some companies, HALO do not charge extra when the driver has to wait longer than originally expected - worth considering in these days of COVID and potential delays at airports.

I will 100% use this company again and recommend them to others. I found this company online via a 'cheap airport taxi run' search. I was quoted a price that I was happy with so decided to phone and book, (this was on the 28th May). Unfortunately the flights I booked the taxis for got cancelled so after re booking my flights I phoned Halo cars to inform them of the change. With no hesitation the lady I spoke to re arranged the taxis to suit, (this was on 11th June). Today which is the 16th June

I was so pleased with the service we received from Halo. Speaking to customer services early on to make a change to the booking was easy and completely hassle free, with an email sent straight away confirming the changes made. Our trip was very smooth. We did a long journey with a young baby. Our driver, Khalid, was friendly and very patient, offering to make stops whenever needed. The cost of the trip was also very reasonable. I will definitely be using Halo cars again for similar trips if needed.

HALO Cars saved the day! I have recently had to arrange for a return to the UK for a family member abroad during the coronavirus lockdown. The UK government arranged for repatriation flights, arriving late at night at Heathrow with strict instructions that "On arrival in the UK, you will be responsible for your onward travel and accommodation arrangements". I called various hotels, hire car companies, and the Foreign Office and was told "can't help". As I don't drive and live on the other side of the country from Heathrow my only option was private hire taxi (the airport was closed so no overnight waiting, and no public transport due to lockdown). I looked online at a price comparison site for airport transfers - I was quoted £370 as a minimum. Fortunately I found HALO cars website, I called them and the chap on the phone understood the issue and was extremely helpful, really putting my mind to rest. Within a few minutes I had arranged for a HALO car to pickup late at night - it was also £100 CHEAPER, and the chap gave me a discount for Airport parking. On the day the driver waited at the airport for an hour and half as the arrival was delayed - then he drove in the middle of the night across the country! Thank you HALO.
